Informace o nových cenách stravného dle vyhlášky 107/2005 Sb. a způsob platby

Z důvodu průběžného zdražování potravin zvyšujeme cenu stravného od 1. 9. 2019.

 

Ceny podle věkových kategorií

   Kategorie A  ( 3 – 6 ) let                                        kategorie B  (  7 – 10 let )

polodenní strava:   25,-Kč = 500,-Kč měsíčně            29,-Kč = 580,-Kč měsíčně

Celodenní strava:   34,-Kč = 680,-Kč měsíčně            39,-Kč = 780,-Kč měsíčně

 

 Platba obědů se provádí pouze příkazem k úhradě nebo složenkou.

 Platba obědů je prováděna zálohově na měsíc dopředu vždy do 22.dne v měsíci (např. na únor, do 22.ledna atd.) Žádáme rodiče  aby si včas navýšili trvalé příkazy ve svých bankách.

Informace o alergenech v pokrmech

Školní jídelna Základní školy Josefa Františka a Mateřská škola Otaslavice sděluje, že v souvislosti s platností Nařízení Evropské rady a parlamentu 1169/2011 od 13. 12. 2014 rozšiřuje informace o přítomnosti alergenů v jednotlivých pokrmech.

Značení alergenů je pouze informativní požadavekŠkolní jídelna je povinna označit vyrobený pokrm alergenní složkou, ale nebude brát zřetel na jednotlivé přecitlivělosti strávníků. Tuto skutečnost si musí každý strávník sám uhlídat. Není možné se věnovat při výrobě jídel strávníkům s potravinovou alergií jednotlivě, takže případným žádostem nebude vyhověno. Jídelna má pouze funkci informační tak, jako každý výrobce potravin a pokrmů.

 

 Nařízení Evropské rady a parlamentu definovalo 14 níže uvedených alergenů, které mohou u citlivých jedinců způsobit zdravotní problém.

 

1.      Obiloviny obsahující lepek

2.      Korýši a výrobky z nich

3.      Vejce a výrobky z nich

4.      Ryby a výrobky z nich

5.      Jádro podzemnice olejné (arašídy)

6.      Sojové boby a výrobky z nich

7.      Mléko a výrobky z nich

8.      Suché skořápkové plody

9.      Celer

10.  Hořčice

11.  Sezamová semena

12.  Oxid siřičitý

13.  Vlčí bob

14.  Měkkýši

 

Aby mohli rodiče lépe reagovat na potřeby svých dětí, bude s platností od 10. 12. 2014 jídelníček doplněný o čísla jednotlivých alergenů v každém pokrmu podle přiloženého seznamu. Přítomnost alergenu bude přenesena z receptur a ingrediencí, které byly použity při výrobě jednotlivých pokrmů ve školní jídelně.
